Business centre AGATEX is class B1 office and storehouse centre. Its building is organised in two stages. The first stage of building – two-storied office building and storage facilities – are already finished. In the end of year 2007 will be started the second stage, within it will be built office building with five floors and additional storage facilities. To make it comfortable for employees and clients of this business centre, on the first floor will be placed café. Other floors will be for offices.
