The Latvia Property Valuation Association, has issued Immostate competence certificate (No. 26) valid for valuation of apartments, private houses, public housing, offices, industrial, retail objects and land in the territory of Latvia. Valuations are based on the Latvian real estate valuation Standard LVS – 401.

Valuation is required for:

• Mortgage loan in banks or other credit institutions for purchase, construction or repairs;
• Determination of purchase/sales value of the property;
• Property insurance;
• Investment Project analysis;
• Company investment evaluation.
